There is no specific level! From beginners to advanced, we welcome all speakers. Our school provides a supportive environment, and many of our students arrive with little-to-no Spanish at all!
All teachers are 100% certified, hold college degrees, and have years of experience teaching Spanish.
For College Students / Professors:
Yes! We offer immersive Spanish and cultural programs specifically designed for spring break or short academic breaks. These can include intensive classes, volunteer work, and guided excursions all tailored to your group’s goals.
Absolutely. We often work with university faculty to align our curriculum with academic goals. We can provide syllabi, evaluations, and certificates of completion if needed.
For High School Students / Parents:
Yes. Safety is our top priority. Our teen programs include structured schedules, 24/7 supervision, vetted host families or secure lodging, and experienced staff who are trained to work with youth.
Teens take part in Spanish classes, volunteer projects, and enjoy cultural activities, adventure excursions, and local tourism – all designed to be fun, safe, and immersive.
Students can stay with carefully selected host families who have experience hosting teens and are regularly screened by our staff. This offers a rich cultural experience while ensuring your child is well cared for and supervised.
For Adults / Retirees
Absolutely. Many of our adult students are beginners, and we offer a relaxed, supportive learning environment tailored to your pace and interests. You’re never too old to learn and Costa Rica is a wonderful place to do it.
You can choose between a private homestay for a cultural immersion experience or more independent accommodations like a hotel. We can accommodate comfort preferences and mobility needs.
